This Victorian, Grade II Listed building is located in the Saint Johns Wood Conservation area and has been sensitively refurbished internally and externally to achieve the client’s requirements. Great care was taken by Crawford and Gray Architrects to re-model the existing mouldings, stairs and fireplaces to their former grandeur.

Against this a layering of modern materials, textures and lighting are used to give an elegant, light modern quality whilst rationalising the existing layout of the house allows the space to be used more effectively.
