Elm Park Road, Chelsea

This early Victorian townhouse is located within the Chelsea Park / Carlyle Conservation Area on the south of the Kings Road. Crawford and Gray Architects worked on full refurbishment brief, designing and obtaining planning permission for a mansard roof extension, which transformed completely the top of the house.

On the lower part of the house, the project comprised both structural repairing works and creating a new kitchen, dining space and library.
